Mild to moderate health issues for most people living abroad isn't as stressful as considering and deciding to undergo a surgery. Many expatriates in Dubai usually prefer to travel back to their home country for such serious procedures for one of many reasons. Either the surgery costs less back home, or the level of trust or familiarity with healthcare providers in Dubai isn’t strong enough to warrant the decision for surgery.
