What is DrFive? DrFive is a digital platform connecting hospitals, doctors and patients. On DrFive, patients can find the right doctors based on other patients' reviews and doctors can engage with patients and communicate with other doctors.
How do you validate that I am a real doctor? Once you claim your profile on our platform, you will be asked to submit your doctor's license (DHA, MOH etc). Upon submission we will validate your profile accordingly.
Do I have to pay for this? No. This a free service for doctors. As a doctor, you can edit your profile, reply or report reviews, access doctors' community wall, receive online appointment or messages from patients.
How can I contact DrFive team to edit my profile? If you have a profile page with us, you can claim your profile by pushing "claim profile" button on your page. DrFive admin will provide you page edit authority after identity verification. If you don't have a page with us, you can send request to info@drfive.com with your name, specialty, practicing location mentioned.
Can I delete my profile altogether? Unfortunately as long as you are a licensed medical practitioner providing medical care to the general public, your basic profile information will remain active on our website. Doctors can only manage and make changes to their profile information.
Who can submit reviews on my page? Anyone visiting your public profile page can write a review and share their medical experiences with you.
How can I manage or delete my reviews? Once a review is logged, it can't be modified or removed unless reviewers themselves request it. If you are a doctor and believe a review about yourself is justifiably requested to be deleted (according to UAE law), you can report the review to DrFive admin. First you need to claim the profile to prove it is your profile, and then, you can report a review at the "review" section on DrFive Mypage. You can access DrFive Mypage by clicking on "I am a doctor" button on the top-left side of any DrFive page.
Why can't I see the names or details of reviewers? The majority of reviews are written anonymously unless the reviewer chooses to disclose his/her identity.
Why do I need to claim my profile on DrFive? By claiming your profile on DrFive, you can enjoy many services available only for doctors. First, you can have full access to your profile page. You can freely edit details or change your profile image on the same page. Second, you can engage with the reviews written on your page. You can express gratitude to the reviewer or, if you believe it's an abuse, report the review to the admin. When a review is reported as an abuse case, the disclaimer "this review's authenticity is under dispute" will be displayed to the visitor asking them to either verify the authenticity of the review or acknowledge the fact that it is currently being challenged. Third, you can join exclusive community of doctors where you can share ideas and achievements. You can connect to other doctors and chat online, post images or texts to share with fellow doctors. This is not all, the team is keep working to make your practice more efficient and rewarding with the aid of DrFive.
