Its was tense before arriving to Dubai Hospital but once I reached after 2:00 am I felt secure the way I got teated with kindness and professionalism from Emergency . admission stsff and 12 west staff . Especially nurses Suzan and Benncy who performed outstandingly and I felt confidence in Their treatment and effort. I would like to to thank Dubai Authority and its members who plays role model in comparison with other health facilities in other Emirates and I elude recommend others in my to approach Dubai health authority hospitals for any critical treatment.Yaqoob Khaleel Yaqoob Alblooshi

Our son, Yash Krishna, was born extremely premature at just 24 weeks and spent several months in the NICU. Today, as we celebrate his first birthday, we are filled with immense gratitude for the entire NICU team, labor room nurses, and ward nurses at Dubai Hospital. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Anwar Khan, HOD of NICU, for his exceptional guidance, expertise, and compassionate care. He and his team of doctors gave us strength and hope during the most difficult time of our lives. The nurses were nothing short of angels caring for our baby as if he were their own, always gentle, attentive, and dedicated. Every moment spent in the NICU was heartbreaking and emotional especially as a first-time mom but the doctors and staff nurses gave me strength, comfort, and motivation to stay positive and strong. Because of their unwavering care and support, Yash is now happy, healthy, and thriving. We will forever be grateful to each and every one of you the NICU team, labor room staff, and especially Ms. Vandana for your incredible care and kindness. GreetingsI accompanied my son for 3 days during an operation. I would like to thank all the hospital staff, especially Dr. Muhannad, who performed the operation on my son. He spoke with us to reduce the stress and fear of my 10-year-old son, as well as the anesthesiologist and the accompanying team during the operation. I would also like to thank all the doctors who followed up on my sons condition after the operation, and I would especially like to thank the medical staff and nurses Without exception, and on all shifts, thank you all. Im now at room 801 from emergency staff

Im now at room 801 from emergency staff mostly my Filipino kabayan working there verry helpful but when Im starting transferring to CCU omg like hell for me when they treat me mostly Indian nurse working there if you dont have money they will treated you liked trashed,not all Indian but mostly next here we go when I transferring to normal room I thought I will be OK but NO much worser than i expected indian nurses especially older please government dont allowed this kind of people working at your company for patients this will be the hell of them they not treated well like human but some staff is OK not all but when im here mostly Indian nurses are bad really bad I will never forget this day January 18 at 12pm its the day when some people humiliating me im really feel sad

Dr specialist great knowledge

After reading some of the very low reviews we were sceptical,however reality hit home once we went there I must say what an amazing experience you could not fault any of the staff at all ,they are all doing a great job from the Dr we saw to the receptionist staff and nurses even the pharmacy was well run and I must comment how clean the place was spotless so everyone works as a team
