Had a horrible experience at Medcare Eye Center. This is one of the worst eye centers with unprofessional, money-minded doctors like Dr. Tarek Younis including his nurse, whose only concern is monetary gain, not patients and quality of care. The facility is very unhygienic, practicing malpractice, and does not follow required SOPs for patient care, safety, and experience. THEY TREAT PATIENTS LIKE TREATING ANIMALS. I went there complaining of blurry vision and to have my eyes examined. Dr. Tarek advised me to wear +2.50 reading glasses and increase my short-sight number as well without even properly examining my eyes. Dr. Tareq and his nurse were even reluctant to give prescriptions for my eye test and pressing me to have Lasik surgery ASAP and confirm the appointment by promising that results are 100 accurate without any risk which is not ture. After this terrible experience, I went to another eye test facility and was properly checked by the doctor. The prescription given by Dr. Tarek (Medcare) turned out to be incorrect. The other doctor was able to determine the cause of my blurry vision as a result of wearing the wrong type of contact lenses. Unlike Dr. Tarek Yasir, this doctor did proper eye tests with a computer, reading on screens, and manual tests. There was no problem with my eyes, but the contact lenses that I was wearing were not correct. I did Lasik eye surgery with Dr. Tarek Younis, he was an excellent Ophthalmologist, he explained the procedure very well, kept me calm during the procedure and the after care was also excellent, I highly recommend him!

Experience with Dr. Rao

I had undergone surgery for CATARAQ for my both eyes on 5th and 18th Aug.2020. MY all treatment was handled by Dr. Prasanna Rao. I feel very lucky to have met such competetant as well as friendly behavioured doctor. He made me feel very comfortable all the time listened to my statements very patiantly. He furnished satisfactory replies to all querries. Now I am feeling much clear eyesight . I wish him very grand success in future and will strongly recommend to anybody to avail his services if necessary without hesitation. With best regards
