Biography
Dr. Ayham Naji Fallough is a graduate of Medicine from University of Damascus in Syria 1994. He attend St. Barthelomew Hospital in London 2005, and he also attend Lutheran Medical Center in 2009 with sharing ENT operation, and he attend also Dr. Howard Bellin Hospital in Manhattan NY,USA in Rhinoplasty.
Dr. Ayham Fallouh established his own medical center in Damascus, Syria where it specializes in Rhinoplasty, nose reshaping, septoplasty and otoplasty and he used to receive patients. He also did many operations on tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy in young children. With over 2,000 operations on the rhinoplasty and 1,000 operations on tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy in children he developed his exceptional unique own that will give the best of the best results. Under his care operations will be almost no pain and recovery is twice faster than conventional.
In 2001 - 2006 Dr. Ayham Naji Fallouh had his practices in Al Jazeera Hospital, Al Zafer Medical Center, Al Yasmin Medical Center, and Al Fayha Medical Center in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Ayham Fallouh - “Experienced, Professional and Trustworthy” these are just a few words I would use to describe Dr Ayham. I have been suffering for the last 20+ years with respiratory issues, be that Bronchitis, Pneumonia, Continuous blocked nose, difficulty breathing etc.…this lead to me having sleepless nights, and generally poor quality of life. Whilst I went to many physicians no one had diagnosed me correctly or referred me to an ENT Specialist. Visibly my nose was a nice shape and so I never knew that I had serious issues inside my nasal passage. My situation over time had become worse, so in April 2018 I decided to go and visit a specialist ENT Doctor. Dr Ayham immediately diagnosed my problem. I needed several procedures including a Septoplasty due to my deviated septum. The lack of oxygen and blockage of my nasal airways was what was causing the various problems I was experiencing. Throughout the entire process I found Dr Ayham to be very Knowledgeable, Professional and more importantly extremely caring about his patients. He always kept me informed about the process and the effects I would experience and timelines for recovery. I cannot explain the difference in my breathing. For the first time I can actually feel the air going through my system. I don’t suffer from blocked nose and am able to have a good night’s sleep Overall Highly recommend Dr Ayham as an excellent ENT Specialist. Thank you, Dr Ayham! Rima

I consulted with Dr. Ayham Fallouh due to long-term problems with severe nasal congestion, sleep disorders ( snoring / mild sleep apnoea ) and recurrent sinusitis and was diagnosed with a deviated septum. Remedial surgery ( septoplasty / turbinectomy ) was recommended - the pre-surgery consultation with the anaesthetist and related checks as well as the surgical procedure itself and follow-up care were all performed very smoothly and professionally at the Dubai London Speciality Hospital. Dr. Fallouh is passionate about his chosen ENT speciality and genuinely cares for the welfare and successful treatment of his patients. My surgical procedure has resulted in the beneficial effects that were promised initially and I have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Ayham Fallouh as a highly competent, experienced and reliable ENT specialist. In my experience, Dr. Fallouh is an amazing ENT Specialist, with him you are in safe, reliable and professional hands: you can be sure that he is never going to let you go with just a prescription; he will start immediately administering the needed medications to ease your pain, he will share with you his diagnosis and comments openly and competently in an understandable way. Moreover Dr. Fallouh is compassionate, full of passion in his work, he has high ethics towards his patients. I have not found this in any other place so far. I had a recurring problm with my ears and thanks to Dr. Fallouh's cure, now it goes better.

Went in with a sinus infection that started during a cold expecting a routine consultation and a prescription for antibiotics, instead within 5 minutes he's talking to me about surgery. Thats when I switched off and didn't listen to word he said after that. Soon enough he started praising himself and patting himself on the back for the thousands of surgeries he claimed he preformed. OK good luck. Crossed of my list of doctors to ever see again. At least the antibiotics he prescribed worked and after 5 days I feel as good as new. PS No surgery needed.
