My worst doctor visit experience
I had the worst doctor visit experience in my life. I had an appointment the Dr Elias Fares Jarad at Mediclinic, Dubai Mall. My appointment was at 2:30. I went there 45 minutes earlier for pre-preparation. I waited there for a long time. With my insisting, nurses did the pre-preparation. When I complained about being late, they just apologized, asked me to wait and continued their way as if nothing had happened. I teach management courses. I could see that there was nothing managed well with patients and the way nurses were moving around. There were complaints from other patients, too. I kept waiting until 3:10. I realized that I was going to wait for a long time, if I would not do something about it. Therefore, my husband started to complaint again. Then we were granted to meet the doctor. The moment we went to doctors office, he was like surprised to see us there. There was not a minimum level of welcoming a patient. He was communicating like a robot to a human being. He was answering in a very limited and prompt way only questions that I was making. I did not like his behavior at all. He was impolite on the way he was making the checkup and answering the questions. Definitely, he needs some emotional intelligence lessons.

I came into the see Dr. Iyad Khoudeir he is a very educated and amazing doctor the visit itself was like a medicine to me without any medicine involved! Also very kind and easy to talk to!

I love going to Mediclinic ,Dubai Mall ,for many reasons. It has got state of the art facilities, great consultation services, and excellent standards. You can even take a virtual tour on their site! Further, they are staying ahead by offering online appointments, during this Pandemic. So, you don’t have to compromise on anything. Their site offers an easy way to find the right doctor and they also specialise in many areas, making it an easy one stop.

Dr.Osama Attia is the best doctor in the orthopedic surgeon he is a very clever I do a very big surgery with him now I can walk again I can’t thank him god bless him.salwa
