Extremely poor emergency service

Absolutely horrible experience with this hospital. Patient went to the emergency ward with an abscess that required immediate attention and the duty nurses didnt even know to calibrate the BP equipment to show the correct results. Admin staff input the wrong insurance code and didnt even realise that the insurance has rejected the claim. As a patient, my mother had to contact the insurance company and understand the issue after which the hospital told her to wait another 1 hour without having food or water since she required a procedure that involved sedation. L If your suffering from a heart attack, you may be asked to call the insurance company to speed up the approval process because the hospital staff are extremely incompetent. Absolutely will never recommend this hospital to anyone

Doctor thomas is the best dentist I have dealt with in my life. I challenge anyone if he feels any pain or even an anesthesia needle, or is able to distinguish between a filling and a natural molar. Excellent treatment, experience, and hands wrapped in silk. .

I just wanted to express my gratitude to Dr. Meerah for being the best obgyne in UAE. I had my first pregnancy and gave birth last 25th of May, the whole experience is very nostalgic and unforgettable. Dr. Meerah is approachable, friendly, very responsive, well experienced and her professionalism will make all her patient at ease and worry free. Kudos to you and to all the staff and nurses of Obstetricians dept. Also wanted to appreciate Nurse Cha from the Labor Department for giving such advices that can make the patient comfortable. She is very knowledgeable on her field.
