Dr. Waleed has over 12 years of experience in the field of Pediatrics & Neonatology, He graduated with M.B.B.S from Faculty of Medicine of Damascus University in Syria in 2002 , He did his pediatric training in Syria and has Master’s Degree in pediatrics since 2007, he practiced for 4 years in reputed hospitals in Saudi Arabia before shifting to UAE in 2010, Dr. Waleed was working as a neonatologist at Tawam Hospital which is one of the largest and best tertiary teaching hospital in UAE,
He has good experience in neonatology, and he can manage any neonatal problem. Dr. Waleed is competent and knowledgeable in different types of ventilators, use of nitric oxide and nutrition of extremely low birth weight infants. In addition he is excellent in performing procedures and has been involved in resident teaching and in writing practice guidelines for different neonatal and pediatrics management pathways.
