Dr Jayakumar Ramegowda completed his MBBS from prestigious JSS Medical College in Mysore, India. He later completed his MD in Paediatrics from KMC, Hubli, Karnataka, India.
He has completed his training and certificates in Paediatric Advanced Life Support and Neonatal Advanced Life Support from Indian Association of Paediatrics.
Dr. Jayakumar has more than 10 years of experience. He has worked as Assistant Professor in the Department of Paediatrics in Medical Colleges namely PESIMSR and AIMS, Bellur. He later worked at the prestigious Holdsworth Memorial Hospital, Mysore where he managed numerous paediatric patients including challenging cases in paediatric and neonatal intensive care.
He was involved in teaching undergraduate and post-graduate paediatric students and has played the all-important role of a guide in their research work.
His special interests include developmental paediatrics, paediatric cardiology and paediatric intensive care.
Dr. Jayakumar can converse with his patients in Kannada, English and Hindi.
