A Thank you Note from Anees Nabil dt June 19, 2021 I am happy to write this note to say how thankful I am to Dr George Kaliaden. I am a 21 year old student who just completed my studies in a well-known university in india, and have started working in the Gulf. My parents have been working here and I grew up and went to school here in the Gulf. I had been feeling depressed and was going through a constant cycle of negativity in the last 2-3 years. I thought I could overcome this by myself but I was never more wrong. In February 2021 was introduced to Dr George Kaliaden by my aunt. The sessions we had helped me immensely to come out of this difficult phase and I have never been better in the last few years. Dr Kaliaden has been very attentive, pays attention to details, a good listener. I was able to talk freely about all the things I couldnt usually share with my family and he assured me it would be confidential as it should. In fact Anees is not my real name. I changed it to protect my privacy). Dr George was able to analyse my state of mind accurately, and was able to focus on the areas which need attention and improvement. He gave me powerful techniques and valuable advice on how to improve my state of mind and he made sure I was steered away from negativity.
