I took my daughter to Dr Franson today. He was excellent! He knows how to interact with kids to reduce their anxiety. Talks enough in detail to explain things to parents, caters to all your questions.

I took my daughter for vaccination to Dr. Franson Jose. He seems knowledgeable. But he doesn't sufficient time due to a lot of patients at Aster. So he did not himself administer vaccination unlike in other drs in other hospitals, but a nurse gave the vaccination. The nurse did not do properly so the shot area got swelling, and it remained there. after 5 months it got burst and a lot of pus came out. today we had to take her to another dr for this issue. It's terrible that a vaccination creates this kind of deep infection and pus make the child so uncomfortable. I will not recommend him and the clinic from my experience.

I consider Dr Franson as the best pediatrician in the area! It will be good, If you have an appointment, otherwise, you will have to wait a bit. The clinic is crowded all the time. But again, they have a very good token system to serve the patients in First come first basis. Overall, I am happy with the service. - by Neal Gabriel

HiI booked appointment with Dr Franson for my elder son for high fever went to the clinic and the staff sitting in the middle counter helped me to take my son tiredly before my registration process without any waiting as staff feels that my son is not feeling well. Nurses helped me to take care my son.Thank you so much for the staffs help. - by Neenu varghese
