Good day veiwer My name is James B Dsilva i entered the clinic on 28th Nov around 10:15 AM with a temperature of 40 . The reception politely registered my case and the prerequisites of checking weight, temperature and BP were recorded. I had severe body pain internal and external, severe dry cough and temperature of 40. Within 10 minutes i was attended by Dr. Saima Khan whos gesture towards my illness was professionally handled as she was concerned about the temperature. She coordinated with her nurse for approvals required from the insurance for tests and medicines which she felt professionally was the best to bring down my temperature and my BP and gradually put and end to my cough. I was put on drips and injected with body immune, vitamin, panadol and also antibiotics drips. By the time all this and my X-Ray was complete i asked the nurse to recheck my temperature and BY the temperature was down to 38 and so was the BP before stepping out of the clinic. The medication prescribed helped in 3 dozes and the 4th almost cleared off all my issues. I was recommended 3 day sick leave and today is the 3rd day morning ( 28th to 30 Nov ). Today i woke up at 06:00 AM and dropped my son to school Al Barsha ( south ) and sitting relaxed at home. I will start my machine to start the job again in a while. All thanks to Dr.Shaima Khan for her highly professional approach and many thanks to her for calling me yesterday and reviewing my conditions. Cheers have a great day..JBD
