My review was deleted regarding - appointment . Even u have appointment u need to wait 2 hrs . I spoke to the nurse that i have work today she told me u can leave because we can relay over the phone the result of your lab . Wow ! What a nice answer then why you need to call me and get yhe result through appointment if u can relay the result over the phone .. rude nurse shout out to burjuman branch . No one contacted me at all regarding my complain

Today I have given my urine sample at 9

Doctors at prime are really good but the supportive staff I observed is really worse. No manners. Today I have given my urine sample at 9 oclock and till its 6.30 I didnt received any report. After calling they are replying you will receive it on app. But its not there too. They are telling we will inform the branch but there is no reply from branch at all. They are telling the nurse left by 3 oclock n all bull shit excuses. I am in pain and not getting relief after the medication how do I know the whats the problem without the report. Very disappointing.

Unprofessional and worst Prime medical and whole management dont have any kind humanity and doesnt care about the patients and just play with their lives bcoz of Dr. SHARIK I HAVE GOT HIP JOINT FRACTURE AND BONE TUMOR ALL BCOZ HIS HIGH DOSE OF STEROIDS 60MG FOR LAST 6MONTHS I TOOK.
