Waste of time and wrost managment system

Wrose Center with the stupid management system. I waited more than 90 minutes for a simple tooth filling, and for no reason treatment was delayed and I was asked to come the next day. Ultimately I left the center with pain. and no treatment was done. Even I was willing to pay, in case my insurance refused. The doctor and staff do not care about your time, or pain even though you are a privileged policyholder.

Stupid managment system and worse center

I spent 90 minutes in the center without treatment just waiting. Even I told the Doctor to proceed, If insurance has any issues, I will pay from my pocket. But the center has a stupid policy. They do not know that privileged policyholders are not supposed to wait for stupid reasons. Ultimately I left the clinic without any treatment and obviously with pain.

Hi, my daughter just came back from Pearly Smile from her appointment with Dr. Rama, and the experience has been quite terrible, to say the least! I especially requested to be given a slot under your most experienced doctor, and this doctor wasnt very experienced at all! Not only did she invoke fear as she went on with the procedure- telling my daughter that this will hurt a lot several times- but midway, she expressed her inexperience as a dentist and claimed shes not qualified to do fillings this deep and that a more experienced doctor needs to look at the tooth, as my daughter is prone on the chair with her tooth drilled deep into. She insisted it was a root canal until another doctor was called in to assess and told her its not. My daughters lip has been nicked from the sides due to lack of care on the dentist and nurse. The procedure took place before numbness had properly set in so she instantly felt discomfort, but the dentist didnt wait as she promised prior and continued with her drilling. The suction tube was placed harshly on the very edge of the mouth, and when my daughter was choking on water and trying to swallow, she was told off very rudely multiple times to not move her tongue, as if it is alright to let the patient choke midway a drill in her mouth! To say Im disappointed is an understatement, I am infuriated with the treatment as I honestly expected a much better and professional service!
