Very dissatisfaction

Very disappointing first experience at this clinic. I booked an appointment with a gynaecology specialist at 7:00 PM because it was the only time that fit my work schedule. When I arrived, I was told the appointment had been cancelled (which I unfortunately did not notice beforehand) and was redirected to a general doctor instead, which was confusing. At the information desk, the staff member spoke in a raised and unprofessional tone and repeatedly asked what test I wanted to take, even while other patients were standing nearby. I came for a consultation with a specialist, and it should be the doctor who determines if any tests are needed. Even if the appointment had been cancelled, the situation should have been handled more politely and professionally. I hope the clinic reviews this matter and improves the professionalism and communication of front desk staff.
