Dr. Dimple is an amazing dermatologist! She really listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease right away. The treatment plan was clear and effective, and Im very happy with the results. The Discovery Gardens clinic is clean, well-organized, and welcoming. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Disappointed

I was so disappointed last time with Anitha the nurse. They put me in hydration IV Drip, I got dehydrated and almost got painted and feeling cold. I ask her what she will put in me but shes not accommodating and kind of mad. Then I told her to give a blanket as Im feeling cold as Im not sure how many hour it will be for the procedure then end up almost 3 hours. She gave a very tin cover I think they use it for operation and I asked her to reduce the aircon but she said she cannot as all the medicine there and the room should be cold. So I need to be in the room for 3 hours feeling so cold and my bf put the pillow on the top of my body to be warmed. Seeing me in that position she doesnt care. Then she also told me dont move my hand in a rude way otherwise the water drip will stop though she dont give me any procedure not to move. Then after the procedure she knows that my hand is in between the bed rail but she push aside the rail and my right hand got pinched and she doesnt apologise. I keep this for long time now though I shared this with Dr Abithraj his a nice doctor and very attentive. But this things should not be happen to any patient considering the sick condition. Hope this will not happen to anyone. But most of the nurses are nice there, Im always in the clinic as I got a condition that they cannot detect.
