I feel compelled to share my experience so others dont go through what I did. My treatment at GoDental Clinic under Dr. Avinash Rao was not only painful but made worse by the clinics shocking level of ignorance, poor communication, and complete lack of accountability.I visited on 25th October for a root canal. The procedure was started but I was sent home with no medication, no mouth rinse, and absolutely no aftercare guidance just told to come back on the 28th. By then, the tooth had become infected. Only after the infection appeared was I given a 5-day antibiotic course.On 3rd November, despite finishing the medication exactly as instructed, I was told the infection still hadnt cleared and to come back in two days. By the 7th, my lower gum was severely painful, there was pus, and I was again given minimal instructions just warm salt-water gargles. No urgency. No concern. No proper follow-up plan.My condition deteriorated drastically. My jaw swelled so badly that I couldnt eat, swallow, or open my mouth. When I called the clinic in distress, their response was almost casual. They asked me to come on the 10th, where I was given only a single antibiotic and mild painkiller despite my face being swollen almost three times its normal size.Even worse, the clinics communication was dismissive. On the night of the 11th, I desperately messaged Dr. Rao, and his response felt more defensive than helpful, suggesting antibiotics arent given randomly and the clinic didnt take my complain
