Worst services, I have very bad experience in Badr AL Samaa clinic at Bur Dubai. My insurance is Sukoon (Oman Insurance). As per ENT Dr. Abdussathar my insurance card is not covering the ear debridement treatment but I have confirmed with Sukoon insurance customer service representative (Ms. Riya )said treatment does not required approval but Doctor forced me to pay the fee 110AED then he will do the treatment. I have inquired the matter from doctor then he told me this is their management decision due to payment dispute with Sukoon insurance not paying on time therefore I have to pay the fee of treatment in spite of my insurance is covering the same treatment, however I have paid the 110AED for my treatment but doctor manipulately changed the code of description which is not acceptable at all towards such kind of behavior with patient. I can afford so whatever condition I have paid but think who cant afford then how he / she can get the treatment at your clinic. I need proper justification and I will claim as well from Sukoon .If I did not get affirmative response from both side then I have right to adopt the legal action. On dated 19-10-2023 and 21-10-2023.
