I was admitted as an inpatient today, 10 March 2026, for my kidney stent removal procedure and Urinary Tract Extracorporeal Shockwave Lithotripsy. Once again, the level of care, professionalism, and kindness from the medical team has been truly outstanding. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Dr. Abdulhameed, whose expertise, calm approach, and professionalism gave me great confidence throughout the procedure. His dedication and care made this medical journey much easier for me. A very special thanks to the amazing supporting Nurse Anjusha, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and supportive. Her compassion, patience, and reassuring presence made a big difference during my stay. I would also like to thank the entire inpatient team, nurses, and staff involved in my care. We had a very positive experience at Aster Hospital when our daughter was brought in on an emergency due to gall bladder stones and later had to undergo a procedure to remove her gall bladder.From the moment we arrived, the ER staff and the team on the 6th floor were incredibly helpful, polite, and supportive. They truly went out of their way to make a stressful situation feel much more comfortable and reassuring for our family.A special thank you to Dr. Abdul Rehman, who was extremely professional, kind, and a pleasure to deal with. I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a very disappointing experience my wife and I had at Aster Clinic, Al Warqa 1. On the day of the visit, both my wife and I were unwell and required medical attention. Before leaving for the clinic, I checked the closing time on the website and also contacted customer service to confirm. I was clearly informed that the clinic would close at 11:30 PM. We arrived at the clinic at 10:36 PM. There were two staff members at the reception. We requested to complete the registration process and to consult the general doctor. However, we were informed that registration was not possible because the last registration time was one hour before closing, meaning 10:30 PM. I politely explained that we were only six minutes late and requested their assistance, especially considering that there were no other patients waiting and the doctor was still present in the clinic. Despite this, the staff refused our request and stated that the doctor would not accept any more patients. I expressed my disappointment and informed the staff that I would raise a complaint regarding this matter. The response I received was very unprofessional, as I was told, You can raise a complaint anywhere, in a dismissive manner. This experience was extremely upsetting, particularly given our medical condition at the time.
