Came for Relief, Left Frustrated

I visited Aster clinic, because I was experiencing chest pain while on duty. My manager advised me to take rest and see a doctor, so I came here hoping for proper care. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Dr. Channakeshava Chowdaiah did not listen to my concerns properly and simply prescribed medication, advising me to return to work without fully understanding my situation. When I requested the receptionist, Mr. Arvindravikumar, to change the consultant, I was told I couldnt do so. I tried explaining my condition, but instead of support, I was told that my insurance would not cover much and was spoken to in a dismissive manner. I felt unheard and disrespected as a patient. I understand that not every case is critical, but I believe every patient deserves to be treated with empathy and professionalism. I hope the hospital can take feedback like this seriously and improve their approach to patient care.

Very rude and unprofessional

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Jaeniely Ellema at Aster Clinic (Saleem Polyclinic) Satwa Branch, and I am incredibly disappointed with the experience. Dr. Ellema was incredibly rude and judgmental towards me throughout the check-up, making me feel terribly uncomfortable. It was particularly frustrating given that we are from the same nationality, and I had expected better treatment from her. From the outset, I greeted her politely but she replied with a cold tone, and when she asked for the reason for my check-up, she did so in an irritating and dismissive tone. During the check-up, she used a wooden stick to check my tonsils, which she implied I was resisting with an irritating and judging stare. In fact, it was because of the hypertrophy of my tonsils, and it was incredibly painful. Dr. Ellema seemed to have no empathy or concern for my discomfort and was instead impatient and judgmental. To make matters worse, Dr. Ellema diagnosed me with obstructive sleep apnea without checking other vital signs, which made me feel like she didnt take my health seriously. She concluded that I had hypertrophy of tonsil, which explained why there was difficulty checking my tonsil. However, throughout the appointment, she seemed more interested in rushing through it than actually addressing my concerns. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received from Dr. Jaeniely Ellema. Her behavior was unacceptable, and I would not recommend her services to anyone. If you
