prioritizes walk-ins than those with appointment
Seems like Aster Muteena prioritizes walk-ins than those that have an appointement. I dont understand of coming to the clinic 20 minutes early and then registration calls you 30minutes later. Depletes the purpose of appointments.

Dr.Jayakumar B. Kannan is a very good Dr.
Dr.Jayakumar B. Kannan is a very good Dr.He is Kind and handles the patients very nicely.His team of nurses named Jayasree and Melbin are very good.They service and care towards patients is very good.I am Happy I got to get treated by such good Doctor.

Dr.Jayakumar.B Kannan is a very good Doctor.Excellant Way in handling the patient.His team of nurse named Jayasree and Melbin are very good with regard to care and service.Overall Doctor and his team of Nurses are too good.Glad I came across such a great Doctor.

Worst experience. I book appointment and
Worst experience. I book appointment and come early 15 min. But still serve after 50 min.and dr talk to me whats your problem and what you want very insulting. Only 5-10 min check. And recommend lab test. Day2 lab test i come again reception dont know that i have lab test apparently they cancelled my appointment never informing 3 counter i go. Only the nurse tell me that its cancelled then they reapply. After lab test came back to dr. Dr didnt explain me the result.only i ask what is the result. Only typing in computer not telling me anything. Then after he asked me again what do you want. Nothing worst experience never coming back. Worst ENT
