Last week, I visited Aster Clinic, Muteena, Deira, Dubai and had an excellent experience with Dr. Lekshmi Priya Sadanandan Vasantha (Cardiologist). Dr. Lekshmi is extremely professional and compassionate with a humble personality. She took the time to patiently listen to all my health concerns and provided the right guidance and treatment, which was very reassuring. I would also like to sincerely appreciate the treatment room staff nurse, Ms. Priscilla Bency, who was very attentive and caring throughout my visit. She efficiently guided me through the ECG, Treadmill Test, Holter Monitor Test, and Echo Test, ensuring that everything went smoothly and without any hassle. Her dedication and calm approach were commendable, especially considering the high volume of patients she manages daily.Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of care and service provided at the Aster Muteena, Deira, clinic.

Waited for 3 hours for a test approval

Waited for 3 hours for a test approval where the team didnt sent any request to insurance and asked me to pay when I checked with my insurance for the said test approval wad not required.Very disappointed with the service and next time when you visit make sure call your insurance first and then proceed.Even 1 star they dont deserve but no option.

Good service, friendly environment I recently visited aster and was thoroughly impressed by the level of care and professionalism from the entire staff. From the moment I entered, I was greeted warmly by the reception team, and the registration process was smooth

If they have negative 5 star.thats ibwil

If they have negative 5 star.thats i will rate.worst clinic.They will tooked any test for you, after they will send only the result.its up to u to know.no followup for doctor.I follow up for 4days.every night just to know the result direct to the doctor but you need wait until doctor free.they promise me 4 times tomorow doctor will call you regarding for your result.Now its almost a week till now no one call.i dont know if i need to comeback for another medicine because no one call.You dont care for your patient.you care only to collect money for any test for patient.after they will send only the result.then its done.you need to know by your self.Im Very dissapointed.Goodluck.

2nd and final time to this clinic

2nd and final time to aster Muteena clinic ,Took me almost 2 hours to complete my consultation, reception staff is very talkative and spend much time in chit chatting..even if i visited in morning 9 am expecting less customers..it took me 2 hours..I visited burdubai Aster, it was so smooth n very quick compare to this clinic.. not even a star
