Visited on 18th September with my 12 yea
Visited on 18th September with my 12 years old daughter. For one test waited for more than 1 and half hours. My daughter felt dizzi and weak, vomited I hardly got some support. I understand your busy schedule but first aid, specially when we are struggling with kids, is extremely important. Please check your cameras how long I waited and how many hours I spent in your clinic and what time I left your clinic. Hope my feedback will help in future service.

Worst experience ever, staff work at the
Worst experience ever, staff work at their own pace least bothered to inform patients about a wait time or insurance approvals. You have to struggle to get an update from the call Centre. Follow up process is a pain, no one is bothered to do anything to help the patients even if it is a feverish and visually sick child!!
