Pathetic service by receptionists. Really disappointed

I really appreciate Dr. Shoaib who listens patients concerns very carefully however the receptionist attitude is pathetic. They take your id card and open file after 40 to 45 minutes. Waiting time is too long. The receptionist share wrong information most of the time even for the doctor timings.

Khashif from reception

There was a person working in reception whose name is KaShiF and this guy knows his job well, he can manage the patients in a systematic order and follows the token queue in an organized way. But now he is not to be seen in Persia clininc, not sure where did he get transferred or moved, now the reception is not being handled properly and lots of patients starts arguing with the staff, my suggestion to to bring Khsahif back to Persia clinic so that the place maintain its worth because there r very good doctors like Dr. Shoaib in this clinic

Rude and rigid behavior

In acccess clinic on 28 th Ramadan I visited there . Cashier cum receptionist sittings there is very rude and not give number to the patient . Access clinic is just near my home that is why I visited there today again but again he refused to attend and give number very rude behavior
