Excellent services. Thankyou 800doctor team for the prompt medical service. It saved us a lot of time by having the Doctor come to our home with the nurse. Very convenient and prompt care.

No customer service whatsoever
Used their service and the doctor and nurse came on time. While trying to get additional documents to claim with my insurance I contacted them five (5!) times through email. They did not even bother to reply to my messages. If you use 800doctor then take into account that all will be out of your pocket and there is no customer service.

Very Poor, do not recommend. Pay a little bit more and go to clinic. Poor timing they were late almost 2 hours.
