Since moving to Dubai after trying a few

Since moving to Dubai after trying a few gynecologists I finally found Dr. Usha who has been totally awesome. She has helped me with a concerning issue and done an amazing job resolving my concerns. I felt very safe and informed at every point of the process. She cares about her patients and makes herself available at all hours to answer questions/concerns. She is very knowledgeable and patient. I would rate her as one the top gynecologists in Dubai.

After suffering from adenomyosis, fibroids, and endometriosis that caused severe pain and pressure, and after medical treatment failed to provide relief, Dr. Geanie Dimaculangan referred me to Dr. Usha Kiran, Talekere FCOG one of the top gynecologists in Dubai. Dr. Usha successfully performed my laparoscopic hysterectomy with bilateral salpingectomy and ovarian cystectomy while preserving my ovaries. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to my doctor who took care of me during my surgery while I was 15 weeks pregnant. I needed to have a cyst removed from my right ovary, and throughout the entire experience, she gave me the best care and support. Because of her professionalism, skill, and compassion, she helped save both my life and my babys life. I truly felt safe in her hands. Despite being a busy surgeon with family and kids, Dr. Usha Kiran is an adventurous and lively person who has an interesting extracurricular life with activities such as high altitude trekking/mountaineering, skiing, fashion shows and charity community services.


Apart from her professional and academic achievements, she is passionate about trekking  and has not only trekked to Everest Base camp twice but also has climbed the tallest free standing mountain of the world, Kilimanjaro, not just once but twice in the last year and Machu Picchu the UNESCO  heritage mountain.


At the age of 57, she became the OLDEST INIDAN WOMAN and THE ONLY FEMALE DOCTOR IN UAE to have summited the World's 8th highest and 4th dangerous mountain, Manaslu in Nepal which is at a height of 8163 metres known as the dead zone, as human life cannot survive at this level without the help of additional oxygen.  


Dr. Usha Kiran is a living example of someone who believes age is no bar and believes in the infinite power of the mind and says if the mind decides to achieve something, nothing is impossible.


The first 50 years of her life were spent achieving family balance & professional excellence.


When she turned 50, she realized that she has so many desires and aspirations to venture into many unchartered area of her life; she calls the second half of her life as ' not the end but the beginning of a new journey   the second innings!'


She has not only climbed some of the tallest mountains of the world but also taken part in a Beauty Pageant at 56 years and won the 'Woman of Pride' title along with being the Platinum winner of the event.
