Dr. Sarel Van Der Linde joins Dr. Michael’s Dental Clinic with nearly two decades of private practice in South Africa and the UAE. His major fields of interest include aesthetic restorations, crowns and bridge work and implantology.
Following his B.S. Degree in Biochemistry in 1990 from the University of Stellenbosch, Dr. Sarel received his Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry in 1997 and earned his postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry in 2001. In 2010, he received his postgraduate Diploma in Implantology from the University of Western Cape in 2010.
Outside of work, Dr. Sarel enjoys playing golf, watching all kind of sports and taking his motorcycle out for on and off-road rides.

My lower molar is always sensitive. I thought I might need a root canal but thanks to Dr. Sarel for checking and treating it only with filling. No more sensitivity! - by Jane Mercado

I had my crown replaced by Dr. Sarel, its the front teeth so I'm a bit skeptical if I will get a natural looking crown but thanks to Dr. Sarel, it exceeded by expectation! Far better than my imagination of perfect crowns. - by Jonas Manuel

I always experience headache and tension during morning. Went to Dr. Michael's since one tooth is associated with it. With the help of Dr. Sarel I found out that I'm grinding and that's the reason for my morning headaches. He advised to use a Night guard, and it totally improved. Got my veneers done by Dr. The alignment and the color of the veneer is no natural that you won't see and difference from the real one. Well given information regarding procedure. Feels great to have a good dentists like Dr. Sarel. he is highly recommended. - by paulo capati

Had my fillings done by Dr. Sarel, I’m very impress the way he handles my anxiety and took time to explain the procedure step by step. I definitely recommend Dr. Sarel for those patients suffering from dental phobia. - by Bon Wally Bernardo
