Ive had previous experiences with some of the renowned dentists in The UAE but none of them could equal the level of expertise that Dr. Ravikanth Adiraju possessed.I dreaded the idea of having my left horizontally impacted wisdom tooth extracted. But as soon as I met Dr. Adiraju first time I had the confidence to undergo the procedure right there and then. He provided full disclosure regarding the condition of my tooth in a professionally calm compose clear and concise manner. The procedure went so well. He never failed to give emphasis regarding postoperative care at home even if its the nurses role to do so. The dental nurse who assisted him was very competent and fast.I was very happy very satisfied with my experience that after a week I had my right partially erupted wisdom tooth extracted.As a Registered Nurse I am fully aware of the routine in a medical facility. I can say the entire facility itself is superb and tailored to meet the individual needs of each client.The area is very clean. In addition when you set an appointment online their call center agents are prompt in giving a callback to confirm the request and refer accordingly to the dental reception to meet the desired schedule. The email and SMS confirmation are absolutely helpful and they even have a text reminder the day before the appointment to make sure it would not be missed.The nurses handled my case very efficiently and effectively.And I would like to thank the nurse in the treatment room I forgot her name who gave me ventrogluteal intramuscular analgesic shots. She is very competent that my pain scale when she administered the shots was between 0 and 1 on a pain scale of 1 to 10 where ten is the most painful.
