He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, the highest recognition of achievement in the specialty. He is licensed to practice dentistry in the Commonwealth of Virginia USA.
Dr. Peter also obtained the North East Regional Board Certification (NERB), and the American National Dental Board Certification.
Dr. Tawil is a Member of the American Academy of Periodontology, a Member of the Academy of Osseointegration, as well a Member of the Lebanese Dental Association.
He is involved in researches related to periodontics, and dental implants. In fact he lectured nationally on the topic. He is dedicated to providing the best, and most up-to-date care, using the latest technology science can offer for his patients.
