This doctor is extremely rude and does not care about his patients mental well being!

Had a horrible experience with Doctor Moni. I had an appendectomy and was given no information whatsoever regarding the recovery and when I returned the following week with questions regarding my pain and diarrhea, Doctor Moni was in my opinion, extremely rude and intimidating, so much so that I cried leaving the hospital. He smirked and seemed to mock my pain and request for more sick leave and uninterested in helping me because he said my insurance card was expired (I had not collected my new card since being on sick leave from work). Worst experience I have had with someone in the medical profession. I will avoid every having to see this doctor again.

Very bad experience with the surgeon Moni suseelan. I had an infected ulcer. I consulted first with Dr. George Thachil at ASter DSO and later he referred to Dr. Moni Suseelan. The Surgery was done on 17th October here in Aster Mankhool and the doctor was Moni Suseelan. I was discharged next day evening with no proper advice. Asked me to do the dressing daily at nearby clinic.Doctor was more concerned about the lack of insurance benefits i have and not the wound. The wound was little deep and doctor Moni suseelan was told that it would heal automatically After 2-3 days dressing it got infected again even though the daily dressing was doing in clinic..i consulted doctor again and he said it may come..we can remove that portion also. Not even looking at the wound or hearing what my concerns over it. He simply advised to cut it more...and when asked why it is coming he dont have any idea..or clear answer. Doctor at the clinic where i was doing the dressing saw the wound and he told it would need a skin grafting...THE SURGEON didt say anything...as per him the would would get healed gradually...I decided to go back to India as the wound was getting bigger because of the infection and done the surgery over there..had to do the skin grafting . I was admitted in hospital in India nearly 3 weeks and the bed rest more than a month all because of this inefficient doctor.I would never recommend anyone to go there for any kind of treatment. - by rajesh nair
