Dr. Lina completed her postgraduate training in Orthodontics at Karolinska Institutet, Sweden, in 1997, after earning her DDS from the University of Athens, Greece, in 1993.
Her academic background and vast experience gained over the past twenty years have given her the right skills in planning effective orthodontic treatments for both children and adults, applying a variety of treatments - such as the Damon System that requires shorter treatment time, Invisalign and other aesthetic treatments, depending on the needs of each patient. She works closely with the implant, oral surgery and restorative teams to tailor treatments for patients needing multi-disciplinary care.
She has published at the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics and is very passionate about continuous education and development. "I believe this learning process is something that should never cease no matter what your experience or background is. I am therefore always open to new ideas and practices."
Dr. Lina is registered with the General Dental Council in the United Kingdom as a Specialist Orthodontist. She holds professional licenses in Dubai, Greece and the UK. She is a member of the World Federation of Orthodontists, American Association of Orthodontists, the Hellenic Orthodontic Society and the Greek Association for Orthodontic Study and Research.
She speaks English, Greek, French and basic Swedish.

I had my invisilign treatment here with Dr Lina Papika, a treatment which I was dreading since I hated the thought of braces but what a perfect experience from start to finish...
