After completing his DM Cardiology from the KEM Hospital and Seth G S Medical College in Mumbai, Dr. Mammen went on to work as a Senior Lecturer, Department of Medicine, Academy of Medical Sciences India. He spent the next 4 years working as a Junior Consultant, General Medicine, and as a Registrar in Cardiology in Trivandrum and Mumbai. He further enhanced his experience by working as a Consultant Cardiologist and Interventionist in hospitals across South India. Dr. Mammen has also gained valuable experience of practicing in the Middle East in lieu of his role as a Specialist Cardiologist and Medical Director at the Badr at Sama Medical Center in Dubai. Just before joining Aster DM Healthcare, he was serving as an Assistant Professor, Department of Cardiology, at his alma mater. Dr. Mammen brings with him over 13 years of experience as a seasoned Cardiologist.
