Not caring or insightful lacks common sense

Not very caring or insightful . Totally misled patient and hindered health issue. Not very nice had an attitude I would not waste my time or recommend her to anyone

I cannot say enough about Dr.Fatema and her staff. Extremely detailed oriented in his explanations. Support staff very thorough and methodical. Dr. Fatema answered all of my questions, took her time and did not rush me in the appointment.

Went to the walk in at Jumeira Park clinic. Saw Dr Fatemeh and she was amazing. She took her time with me and I left feeling properly assessed. Previously met dr Alvia that was amazing but unfortunately left. Wait time was maybe 5 minutes. Best walk in clinic around.

Living in Al Furjan for 2 years and it would be a challenge to find personnel more capable, more congenial and more helpful than the personnel in this clinic. Since I first visited medicentres, I felt comfortable. All personnel I came in contact with were beyond the average care givers. I was very impressed with the doctor Fatemeh. She took the time to listen and help me and my wife. She is very handy for our concerns that she can handle it herself and also for her accurate referral to specialist whenever needed. My overall experience has always been excellent. Albert
