It looks like most reviews here are fake, somehow all embracing Dr. Fadi. Well, my experience at this clinic is far away from that. I went there for invisalign treatment, agreed that i will start in two weeks time, paying in advance 1500 aed. Three weeks passed, no news from them, i called them they had no idea whatsoever. They finally call me after four weeks to give me an appointment at a specific day and time when i couldn't go. Tried to change it but it was impossible as apparently the doctor works there only one day a week and that day he is always fully booked. Frustrated from the bad service i decided i no longer want to proceed with them and asked for my money back as i was not getting on time what we agreed on. They refused to do so, although i spent a couple of evenings trying. Waste of my time and money. - by alexandra dimopoulou
