Adiella trained as a radiation therapist in New Zealand and worked as a planning radiation therapist using VMAT for radiation planning at St George's Cancer Care Centre in Christchurch. She has experience with IMRT, VMAT, SABR, 3D conformal, superficial and electron radiation treatments on Elekta machines using pre-treatment IGRT. She has also worked with Monaco, XIO and RADCALC planning systems and MOSAIQ patient management systems. This experience extends to planning and treating using special techniques such as gated lung, SABR, adaptive bladder and deep inhalation breath hold for left sided breast treatments. Whilst working at St George's Cancer Care Centre, she also facilitated the development and running of exercise rehabilitation classes for cancer patients.
