Terrible Podiatrist booking experience

I made a booking with a podiatrist. After driving 45minutes to get there, he told his receptionist to call me and cancel. No alternative provided for me. Receptionist was rude and doctor clearly did not care about the inconvenience caused. Very impersonal and unprofessional.

Worst urgency experience. Dont go there

After feeling sick for 7 days and having notice that antibiotics were not working, decided to go to the emergency room because health wasnt improving. We were seen by dr. Musab Amer Zubair Al-Khateeb and he said that since he already took antibiotics he cannot prescribe anyomore and sent us home with Ibuprofen satchels. Also took mandatory covid test which we had to pay. Next day fever went up to 40 again so decided to go to another hospital and got admitted. The condition was so bad that if we had waited 1 more day, a heart failure could have happened. I will NEVER go back to this hospital. 5 days in the hospital with fevers up to 40 every 3 hours and they sent us home with satchels. They should take patient health more seriously. We were genuinely worried and we were right to be and they didnt even bothered to do a blood test. Unbelievable..

Worst hospital, worst service, Im positive covid and not receiving my medication for 48hrs and no wonder they told me this is their policy to deliver medicine in 48 hrs!. Dont deal with them. Non professional staff. Instead of taking my medicine and rest I spent 48hrs in fighting to get my medicine. Pls learn how to help sick people before opening huge hospitals with no benefit.

Worst Customer Service in Dubai

Its more than 48 hours and I havent received my PCR Test Results in spite of following up with their customer service since last 12 hours. This is not the hospital to go if you need PCR test results within 24 hours. They take more than 48 hours to issue the test results. The worst customer service even if you approach them through phone, whatsapp and emails. Pathetic situation with an unprofessional team from top to bottom. Only show off, nothing else. Come on guys, be professional. There are many other hospitals in Dubai which provides better than your so called service and price.

Very dissapointed

Doctors and Nurses are very professional and helpful, doing a great job! I was really dissapointed by the lack of empathy and sheer ignorance by the Management in our situation though. Our friend was heavily injured and was held in ER for 5 Hours, even after we made sure to have english Insurance confirmation. We had to pay 40000 Dirhams, before making that payment he would not be moved. I dont understand why the 2(!!!!) Insurancepolicies were not enough proof for management to have our Injured friend moved to a quiet room where we can sort out formalities in peace. Very dissapointed to say the least!
