treating people in a voluntary capacity, as she believes everyone should benefit from Chiropractic care.
Dr. Nashila has been a practicing Chiropractor for over fifteen years, her wealth of experience enabling her to treat a variety of concerns for her patients. She gained her qualifications and training in 2001 in the UK, and after graduating with an honours degree in Chiropractic, founded Pure Chiropractic in West London. After establishing her clinic in the UK, Dr. Nashila moved to Dubai in 2009 and continued practicing privately in Jumeirah until starting a family in 2010 when she dedicated the next three years wholly to her two daughters.
In 2013 Dr. Jaffer partnered with Dr. Chini to set up Pure European Chiropractic and Physiotherapy Centre, taking her success and inspiration from her UK clinic to build the same here in Dubai.

As a doctor of Trauma and orthopedic, chiropractic treatment was a revelation to me. I was amazed at how chiropractic therapy can greatly influence the treatment of whiplash injury. Specially at Pure Chiropractic, Dr Nashila goes extra mile to understand your symptoms and reach a diagnosis before she starts her treatment. The treatment in itself is a holistic one and Dr Nashila takes great care to bring the best outcome in her treatment. I had chronic neck pain due to Whiplash injury for the last four years. Chiropractic treatment has so far given me the best relief of the neck pain. I wish I tried Chiropractic treatment earlier. I would recommend anyone having Neck shoulder and arm pain, Whiplash injuries, Lower back pain and Sciatica to first visit Pure Chiropractic and consult with Dr Nashila. I saw Dr Nashila Farrah whilst pregnant with niggly pain in my upper back. She worked wonders and in just a couple of sessions fixed my concerns, her approach is very professional, knowledgable and extremely friendly. The offices are conveniently located in Media City and have a clean, modern feel to them. Couldn't recommend them more highly. - joanna cumming

If you experience back pain from sitting long hours in the office, you must visit pure chiropractic. I was relieved from my back pain right after the first session with Dr. Nashila…she is that good. Since then, she has suggested many changes in my workstation and lifestyle that have completely eliminated this problem. I cannot recommend pure chiropractic enough. - Saif Chowdhury

I'm scoliosis patient suffering for more than four months of lower back pain. After i saw Dr.Nashila i cannot tell how she helps me to reduce the pain more than 60%. I just wanted to thank her for all the hard work she has done for me. It has greatly changed the way I view myself. I can't recommend Dr Nashila at Pure Chiropractic enough! She truly has magic hands that performed miracles on my back before and whilst I was pregnant. She has a wonderful manner that makes you feel very comfortable and looked after during and after the treatment. I had never experienced chiropractic treatment before and I had some reservations, but after my experience at Pure Chiropractic I have been converted and I can only say positive things about the clinic. - by Sumitra Gidwani
