Excellent Front office desk.
Excellent Front office desk. Staff are always helping and doing extra miles to find out your insurance details and to answer your queries. unfortunately because of insurance online verifications some time registration will take time.

Reception is very very slow. Appointments are always late and then you wait a lot just to put signature. Other things are fine.

I went to remove a cottonbud stuck in my ear and they charged me DHS 1,423.62. Procedure took less than one minute and this is not acceptable. Totally unethical medical practice. I am very shocked and will never visit or recommend them again.
