Complaint against Dr BANITA KARUNAN

I am a patient in Karama clinic Al Khail Gate branch since 2020. As per my experience, lady Generalist doctors are very rude and unprofessional. Recently I consulted with Dr BENITA KARUNAN. I always disappointed to consult with her due to her unprofessional behaviour and bad communication. She even does not know how to smile, how to use polite word, how to speak with soft voice tone. She acts like never understand east asian accent. Have she never communicated with multinational patients? If she does not understand something, instead of saying Sorry or Pardon, she said WHAT. How unprofessional manner she has! Unbelievable. Better to give her some training regarding customer service.

I want to complaint against Dr. Faisal Khan (room no.-4) ,He should not have the courage to talk to the patient, I went to him in a lot of throat pain trouble, but did not treat well at that time ,Very very poor experience

Untrained staff - Perfectly Unprofessional

Karama Medical Centre Al Khail Gate is a disaster place and not recommended at all, you will not get healed but more chances of contamination in this clinic, I will not call it, particularly a clinic as it doesnt look like it, but is more likely a fish market. Theres no proper seating or waiting area for the patients, and no token system so everyone can be treated fairly on their turn. Staffs including doctors and nurses are so rude, untrained, disrespectful, and perfectly unprofessional. If you complain or give suggestions they advise you to write a review for the management to know! Unbelievable! Doctors behavior is worst than anyone else (no example) he prefers to be in the JVC branch but was forcefully appointed in Al Khail Gate so he is taking revenge on the patients. The receptionist needs grooming and training to deal with patients. Rude is not a suitable word either! dont know what to say but never go to Karama Medical Centre Al Khail Gate.

2nd time I went to Karama didnt get help

2nd time I went to Karama didnt get help as required. The first one its fine they refer me to big hospital but when my wife ask them to borrow us the wheel chair they flatly refused. My wife have them her ID as assurance. still refused. yesterday it was my first time to use this new company insurance. So they ask for a number, my wife went to take the paper from our apartment. Only to be told when she came back we are late doctor is leaving. I was very sick but they value more money than people life. you should change your staff attitude.
