Al Zahra Hospital /NMC customer was real

Al Zahra Hospital /NMC was really amazing Customer Service Specially Hanan she is so helpful and she was trying her best to help us to accomdate us ,although we didnt get an appoinment with the Doctor due to fully booked however we appreciated what she did keep it up Hanan .. hoping everyone will do the same as you deserve to be appreciated .

orthopedic clinic and physiotherapy clin

I had my total hip replacement surgery on 10th of Nov with Dr Karim Attarah after 3 years of pain and suffering i met alot of doctors in different hospitals but Dr Karim and his assistant Dr Aymen only I feel with them Im a patients not a source of money they explained clearly my situation and how procedure will be done and the recovery after it , they were very patient to listen and answer my inquiries no words will be enough to show my appreciation. as well as physiotherapy team Ani, Donaa,Zainab ,and all team they know what they are doing they help me alot in pain management as other treatments I have it. and all thanks for nursing team in ward 13 they are really mercy angel

my delivery was done here and I had the best experience with Dr.Selvakumari who kept us calm at pregnancy and delivery time. we cant thank her enough for taking time to answer all our quieries

An amazing hospital,truly. They care about us a lot and do everything in time. I am very happy with the experience over the years!

AlZahra hospital Shj Horrible experience

AlZahra hospital services became terrible specially the ill mannered doctor Shama Nawaz, we visited the hospital post surgery to remove the stitches and she was extremely rude and didnt even remove the full stitches. Horrible experience
