Self-verified patient of Dr. Pangal Sripathi Rao
wrote a review 23rd Sep 2019
Dr Rao is one of the most patient, empathetic, and attentive Dr's I have ever had. I came into the ER in 2015 with sudden pain and a stiff knee that seemed to be stuck an an angle. All of this is sudden and without anything to provoke it. After a few days where painkillers were not working and nothing was changing. I booked an appointment with Dr Rao, after an MRI he disgnosed me with a very rare disease called "PVNS" - I was evidently upset and didn't want to listen to him. He very kindly told me that these things are hard to accept, and he will happily give me my MRI and documents to see another Dr for a second or 3rd opinion. A great sense of humor, too! I did not end up doing my surgery with him, due to insurance issues, however his diagnoses was correct. And I still do follow up with him every 6 months to a year.
